Consorfrut Polska HR Team Awarded in a Prestige HR Wave Game Competition

More than 30 HR teams from all over Poland took part in the prestige HR Wave Game competition, organized by EY Academy of Business Polska. Among them, there was our HR team: Katarzyna Świerkosz, Ewelina Kołodziej, Bernardetta Limanówka, Magdalena Podgórna and Katarzyna Wąsik.

The gamification consisted of 4 stages, during which the teams were asked to elaborate on HR strategy & employment policy in a fictitious company, taking into account the specific labour market and legal environment, build complex remuneration and benefits system, create a competency model and employee development system, as well as invent an employer branding campaign, addressed to the employees and the potential candidates. In each of the tasks, the teams had to demonstrate profound HR knowledge, creativity and innovative solutions. The EY jury twice awarded the Consorfrut team the highest score, making us winners of two stages; in two remaining stages we were also positioned within the best 3 teams of the phase. This score enabled us to reach the final stage, played among the best three teams from Poland. In the final game, that took place in Warsaw on February 6th, each team had to face the topic of change management, and then present their work in front of the audience, gathered on the HR event.

Finally, the Consorfrut Polska HR team won the 3rd place in the HR Wave Game Competition. The award was a commemorative statuette (on attached photo), vouchers for training for the members of the team and satisfaction from achieving such a high result among respectable rivals!
