Information regarding the processing of personal data

In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation),

hereinafter: „the Regulation” or „GDPR”,

I hereby inform you that:

  1. The controller of your personal data is CONSORFRUT POLSKA SP. Z O.O., with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Christo Botewa 4, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the National Court Register at the District Court in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000205046, VAT No.: PL6792797252, REGON: 356817366, share capital of PLN 400,000 (fully paid up),
    (hereinafter: „the Company”);
  2. You may contact the Company by any means, e.g. by telephone on 12 342 01 00, by post to the address indicated in point 1 above, or by email to: odo@consorfrut.pl.
  3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process, including the assessment of your qualifications required for a specific job position, your education and professional experience. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of the current recruitment process and, if you give your consent (which may be withdrawn at any time), also for future recruitment processes.
  4. Your personal data, to the extent specified in labour law (including that arising from Article 221 § 1 of the Labour Code and the Regulation of the Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy of 10 December 2018 on employee records) will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject), Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (processing is necessary for taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract), and in all other respects – on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent of the data subject).
  5. Your personal data collected in the current recruitment process will be stored for the duration of the recruitment process and for no longer than 30 days following its conclusion. If you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of future recruitment processes, your data will be stored for a period of 12 months, provided that, in respect of data processed on the basis of consent, this will not exceed the time until such consent is withdrawn.
  6. Your personal data may be disclosed to the following recipients: IT portals (websites) used in the recruitment process, entities providing consultancy services, accounting services, IT services and professional document and data carrier destruction services.
  7. The provision of your personal data to the extent required by labour law, including in particular the scope set out in Article 221 of the Labour Code, is a statutory obligation and is also necessary for you to participate in the recruitment process. Failure to provide such data will result in your inability to take part in the recruitment process. The provision of any other data by you is voluntary.
  8. In the cases specified in the GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data, the right to request its rectification or completion, the right to request its erasure, the right to request the restriction of its processing; and the right to data portability regarding your personal data which we process automatically on the basis of your consent.
  9. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data which we process on the basis of your consent. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data prior to its withdrawal.
  10. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
  11. The Company does not intend to make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, of your personal data, or to produce legal effects concerning you or similarly affect you.
  12. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if the Company’s processing of your personal data infringes the provisions of the Regulation.


CONSENT FOR FUTURE RECRUITMENT PURPOSES

I consent to the processing of my personal data as set out above for the purposes of future recruitment processes by Consorfrut Polska Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Christo Botewa 4, for a period of 12 months.
